Do you provide free consultations before we decide on a home care professional?

We do offer a free consultation to help you chose the right care for you or your loved one. Our care coordination team will answer all your questions and address any concern you may have.

Are your nurses and Caregivers certified professionals?

All our in home staff are licensed to practice as  registered nurses and/or as licensed practical nurses by Virginia Department of Health. Our caregivers are all certified and well trained to take care of patients based on their needs. All our nurses/caregivers go through an extensive background check.

Can I contact the agency after hours?

Yes, calls are answered 24 hours a day 7 days per week. all after hours  calls are transferred to the nurse or the manager on call.

How do I arrange for service?

With a simple phone call to our customer service number. Anyone of our friendly staff can handle your request and make suggestions if needed.

What If I do not  like the staff assigned to me?

Our staffing coordinator is excellent in working with patients and families to finding the qualified the best match based on  the patients needs and preferences.

Yes, our friendly and loyal patient's care coordinator conducts a free face to face  consultation to answer all your questions and provides you with the necessary information to help you make a sound and informed decision in choosing the right provider. 

Are your practitioners certified professionals?

All our nurses, nursing assistant and aides are state certified or licensed. Each clinician undergo an extensive training and orientation prior to caring for our patients. In addition, they are required to complete a 12 credits in-service training yearly. All our clinicians are subject to a yearly evaluation to ensure that they are qualified to provide the highest quality of care.
